Santa was generous with me ... but I was good too;))
I received from our Site together with the partners from Naumann, following a challenge, this jewel, as I call it (a Naumann 300 Traditional shredder).
The jewel came more than well, now, in this period when you need such help more than ever.
Thanks to all!
Because I was eager to see what she could do, I put it to the test ..................... and I minced 8 kg of meat in about 10 minutes.
I "made" sausages and of course I couldn't help but fry some meatballs for George.
- 1 kg of pork
- a head and a half of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 2 onions
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika
- 2 teaspoons chopped hot peppers
- 1 link green dill
- 1 teaspoon grated pepper
- salt (to taste)
- flour for rolling meatballs
- meatball frying oil
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Spicy meatballs:
Pass through the meat grinder and with it the onion and garlic.
Then add eggs and dill. Mix well by hand.
Season the paprika, hot pepper, salt and pepper.
Add a little mineral water (make them fluffier).
With the hand soaked in water, balls are formed which are then flattened, rolled in flour and fried in hot oil.
Remove the meatballs on a plate and serve with a garnish and a salad.
I served them with a potato salad with broccoli.
