I could say that the sauce for these pastas is a "carbonara" version. I didn't use yolks, the dish has enough calories anyway !!

  • 500 gr snail pasta
  • 500 gr smoked homemade pork meat
  • 500 gr green peas [frozen]
  • 2 green onion threads
  • 2 cloves green garlic
  • 200 gr sour cream
  • 200 gr parmesan
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • green parsley

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta with peas and white sauce:

The pasta is prepared following the instructions on the package.

Cut the meat into strips and lightly fry in oil, add boiled peas + garlic, onion slices and salt.

Add sour cream and half of Parmesan cheese, stirring gently.

Serve the pasta with sauce seasoned with pepper, green parsley and the rest of the parmesan.
