Good pumpkin in ... soups, creams and everything everyone thinks. I made pumpkin strudel today ... at my boy's request.
- 1 packet foiled
- 1 kg. shaved pumpkin
- 150-200 g sugar
- 200 g walnuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons gray
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
HOW TO PREPARE Strudel recipe with pumpkin:
The grated pumpkin is cooked until it becomes a cream.
Put the sugar and keep it on the fire, chewing lightly until the juice left by the pumpkin decreases. Leave to cool. When it has cooled, add cinnamon, vanilla sugar and ground walnuts.
The thawed foil unfolds and stretches a little with the twister. Cut the sheet into two parts, and on each side spread the pumpkin, roll it, cut it into pieces, put it in a tray lined with baking paper and put it in the preheated oven.
Leave in the oven until browned.
The gray is applied so as not to enclose the sheet.
