The leeks are cut into rounds, and the onions are cut into small pieces, then they are put together in a little oil. When they have softened, add the diced chicken, thyme, marjoram and bay leaves.

Let them cook for another 5 minutes, then add the olives, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and wine and put the pan in the oven for about 40 minutes, until the leeks become soft.

When it is almost ready, put the lemon without peel (the peel can give a bitter tint), cut into slices, parsley and leave for a few minutes in the oven.
