If the water drops too much, add another 50 ml of hot water. 2 minutes before turning off the heat, add the rest of the crushed garlic. Remove from the heat, add the finely chopped dill and mix until smooth.


Preparation method:

1. Allow the butter to soften at room temperature, and the garlic is cleaned, cut in half and the germs are removed from the middle.

2. Then put the garlic in a metal strainer and place it on a pot of water on the stove. Leave for 5 minutes from the moment the water boils and then set aside.

3. Put the soft butter and diced butter in the mixer robot, add the onion, garlic and pepper. Mix first a turn or two and then add the oil that helps to mix.

4. Add the parsley and mix to obtain a fine paste. Put in a jar and keep in the refrigerator for 24 hours or in the freezer for longer.

1.Prepare the dough: put warm milk, refined sunflower oil, salt, sugar, dry yeast and sifted flour in a deep bowl. Knead a homogeneous, soft and non-sticky dough.

2. Shape it into a ball and place it in a deep bowl. Cover with cling film and leave to rise for 60 minutes.

3.Prepare the filling: mix the grated cheese with the garlic passed through the garlic press and the chopped parsley.

4.Model the "boats": divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Give them the shape of balls.

5. Flatten each ball of dough with your hands, turning it into an oval cake, about 5 cm thick. Roll it into a roll and sharpen its tips a little.

6. Place the obtained preparations on the tray lined with baking paper, leaving free spaces between them.

7. Using the knife or a sharp blade, make an incomplete section, 7-8 mm thick along and in the middle of each preparation.

8. Cover them with cling film and let them "rest" for 15 minutes.

9. Wide the hole in the middle of each "boat" with a spoon, then grease them with a yolk combined with a tablespoon of milk.

10. Fill them with the cheese composition and, if desired, sprinkle the edges with sesame seeds.

11. Bake the “boats” for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 ° C‌.
